My name is Jim Ciurlik and I am the sole owner of LandCheetah. LandCheetah is a land investment company that I operate when I am not preparing taxes or doing tax planning for clients.
How I work with clients:

• I am a private investor. I buy land for myself with the intention of hopefully someday reselling it for a profit or in some cases using it personally.

• I am not a real estate agent and I am not affiliated with any other larger company.

• I work personally with all existing and prospective clients; so rest assured you will be able to speak with me directly throughout the process.

• I pay 100% of all closing costs, fees, overdue or back taxes or HOA/POA fees. This way, when you receive an offer from my company, the price offered is net of all these fees.

My goal is to make selling your land quick and simple!
